Everything we do in the studio comes from Helena's performances in public places. It starts with her discovering the place. In these discoveries, she then finds fragments of events from the site's history. She tries to see the events a little from above, from below, from the side and a little crookedly to try to reach past and access a core to work from the outside.

From this core, a pattern or object may be created that reinforces the place's existing stories, gives it a new meaning or a new visual experience. An addition or comment to the architecture, room, or structure.

It is above all the patterns that lead us on to the art & design that we create in Studio5land.

Two sisters with a creative origin who have taken on different expressions over the years together start a digital gallery with an online store. 

The products emerge from Helena's artistic installations for public decoration in her work as a landscape architect and works of art from various exhibitions over the years. By scaling down the large productions and reshaping the expressions, we can create quality products for home furnishings and accessories with a unique design. All originate from the artistic process that is always included in the assignments that 5land undertakes.

But how did we land on Studio5land then? If you have a mother as a textile teacher and a family culture where you fix, fix and solve most things with the help of creativity, materials, tools and a strong will, you must have a room to get "CreativeSpace" therefore the studio has become a common oasis for us. Here we feel at home and are in our right element.
