- ORDER
When you place an orderStudio5land.se, you also approve oursterms of purchase. When ordering, an agreement on purchase is only reached whenStudio5landconfirmed the order via an e-mail order confirmation. The order confirmation is generated automatically without manual review. In the event of any errors in, for example, indication of price, delivery time, etc. we reserve the right to correct this afterwards. Always check that your confirmation is correct. Orders placed are binding. If you have placed an order that you want to change or cancel, contact us immediatelygallery@Studio5land.see.
- PRICES & FEES
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. Any shipping cost will be added and the cost depends on which shipping option you choose when ordering. We reserve the right to make typographical errors, errors in price information, final sales, stock differences, technical problems and changes in technical specifications. The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and nature of the product is reproduced.
- PAYMENT METHODS
The customer can pay in the manner specified on the Website. Payment can be made by debit card or invoice.
Payment by debit card is made via the payment solution provider Shopify Payments. When payment is made by debit card, the order amount is reserved when the Customer places the order. The amount is debited to the Customer's account during the delivery date. In some cases, it may take up to 7 banking days before the Customer's bank registers the purchase in your account.

These terms for invoice apply between you and this store when you shop for goods and you have chosen to pay by invoice.
When you choose to pay by invoice, we offer you the opportunity to pay 14 days from the time we sent the goods for delivery, or from the available date for the services or digital material. We transfer our demand for payment for your purchase to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you a payment instruction where you must pay directly to Klarna. If you have previously chosen to join the Monthly Invoice service, the invoice will instead be included in your monthly invoice in accordance with the conditions that apply to Monthly Invoice.
Pay only after you have received your order
Klarna offers consumers Buyer Protection, which means, among other things, that you as a consumer do not have to pay for your ordered goods until you have received them, and that Klarna assists you with problems related to your purchase.

When you choose to pay by invoice, Klarna does a credit check. If a credit report is taken, you will be notified of this and have a copy of the credit report sent by post or e-mail. - DELIVERY
The Delivery of the Customer's goods takes place - unless otherwise stated - to the address specified by the Customer at the time of purchase. It is the Customer's responsibility to keepStudio5landupdated with correct customer information and thus provideStudio5landopportunity to deliver to the right address. The customer must ensure that it is passable to the customer's door, so that the supplier can deliver.
We use POSTNORD for our traceable deliveries.We do not refund the money in case of failed delivery except when we caused the error. Therefore, it is extra important that you have your phone available in connection with delivery if you know that it can be a problem to enter the property, or if you have recently changed code or the like.
- 5.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw in accordance with the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (SFS 2005: 59). This means a right to regret the purchase of certain goods within 14 days of delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or which can quickly deteriorate or become too old. The right of withdrawal does not apply to newspapers or magazines either.
